Your responsibilities will include:. Conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities. Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans. Providing one-on-one therapy and family support. Supervising and mentoring BTs/RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create well-rounded care solutions. Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation (HIPAA-compliant). Staying informed on current research and best practices in behavioral health. What You Bring.
