We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager to own and drive the Core product direction at SplitMetrics Acquire — a B2B SaaS platform for Apple Ads management.. This role is for someone who connects product decisions to real business outcomes, moves quickly based on market signals and GTM insights, and takes equal ownership of both delivery and adoption. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure we’re not just building fast, but building what truly drives growth and customer value.. What you’ll be doing. — . Product Strategy & Roadmap. • Own and drive the quarterly roadmap for the Scale Core team. • Set priorities aligned with enterprise client needs and company OKRs. • Balance short-term delivery with long-term product and architecture decisions. — . End-to-End Product Development. • Lead discovery: client research, data analysis, hypothesis shaping. • Write clear, structured PRDs and specs for cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Design). • Drive execution: align on scope, unblock dependencies, support delivery. • Own the full release cycle — from QA acceptance to rollout and monitoring. — . Adoption & Go-To-Market. • Partner with Marketing on feature positioning and launch communication. • Work with CS to drive adoption among enterprise clients. • Define product UX copy (tooltips, banners, onboarding). • Track adoption and iterate based on data. — . Product as a Revenue Driver. • Translate signals from clients, Sales, CS, and the market into product priorities. • Work in tight alignment with GTM teams (Sales, CS, Marketing). • Prioritize based on revenue and adoption impact, not feature volume. • Ensure the product supports Sales in closing and CS in expanding accounts. About you. • 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with enterprise-facing products. • Experience in mobile UA, AdTech, or performance marketing is a strong plus — you understand the client’s world. • Strong data fluency: comfortable working with large-scale performance data, experiments, and key metrics. • Ability to extract insights and make decisions even with imperfect data or an analytics setup. • Solid understanding of A/B testing, incrementality, and optimization logic. • Proven ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes (revenue, retention, expansion). • Experience writing clear, structured PRDs for cross-functional teams. • Strong prioritization skills, balancing data, business context, and stakeholder input. • End-to-end ownership mindset — from discovery through delivery to adoption. • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and resource-constrained environments. • Ability to align Engineering, Sales, CS, and Marketing without direct authority. • Strong communication skills (written and verbal). • Fluent English (B2+).
