About the role and you. This is a contract sourcing engagement to support Lorikeet's growing recruiting pipeline globally. You'll work closely with our Recruiting team to build candidate lists, run outreach, and keep pipeline moving across a mix of technical and go-to-market roles across the US, UK, and AU markets.. We're a small, high-trust team that moves fast. This is a high-autonomy engagement — you manage your own queue, flag blockers early, and tell us what you're seeing in the market. . What you'll do. Build targeted candidate lists for active roles across engineering, GTM, and operations. Research and identify passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and AI-powered sourcing tools. Draft and send personalized outreach sequences — you'll adapt and iterate based on what's landing. Track sourcing activity and pipeline coverage in Ashby (our ATS). Share weekly updates with clear metrics: outreach volume, response rates, qualified leads passed. Flag patterns you're seeing — calibration misses, market signals, title trends — we want your read. You might be a fit if you. Have 5+ years of sourcing experience in a high-growth startup or technical recruiting context. Are actively using AI tools in your sourcing workflow . Have strong written communication — your outreach is short, relevant, and human. Are proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search. Are self-sufficient and organized . Have sourced for AI, infrastructure, or developer tooling companies. Are familiar with US and/or Australian talent markets.
