The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for ensuring that customer locations are accurately and promptly onboarded once cameras are installed. This role manages the onboarding process from initial camera setup and verification through market report validation and successful activation, ensuring each location meets all requirements before being handed over for monitoring and investigation.. The Onboarding Specialist works closely with customers and internal teams to identify and resolve onboarding issues, maintain accurate location data, and ensure a smooth transition from installation to active monitoring.. Key Responsibilities:. Ensure timely and accurate onboarding of new customer locations.. Verify cameras, market reports, transaction data, and location setup..
