Work directly with founders and senior leaders on high-priority initiatives, from investor or key client materials, to new business bets, to architecting and engineering improvements to our remote operating system that brings all 110 Cargonauts across the world together, virtually and in person.. Work on multiple projects in parallel that require you to adapt, build relationships and deliver across multiple functions. Scope and deliver projects across functions - from product, sales and partnerships to people and finance. Build relationships and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Design and improve operating processes and systems that help us scale globally. Identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making through data analysis, research, and crisp storytelling. Jump into whatever challenge is most pressing — no two weeks will look the same. 🕵 Who We’re Looking For. 3–6 years of professional experience in a high-performance environment (consulting, VC, start-up, or banking). Track record of being a top performer in several different areas with a reputation for getting things done to a high standard. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with Excel and data-driven decision making. A bias for action - you take ownership and make things happen even in ambiguity. Strong communication and presentation skills, able to distill complex topics into simple narratives and general concepts into compelling storylines..
