Translate the CEO’s AI vision into clear, actionable product priorities. Drive execution of AI and automation projects across the company. Act as the central hub of coordination for AI-enabled initiatives. Solve high-impact product and operational problems with speed and structure. Scale the company by embedding AI solutions into core processes. What You Will Do. i) AI Product Strategy & Delivery. Partner with the CEO and leadership to define, track, and deliver on AI-driven initiatives and OKRs. Own end-to-end implementation of AI/tech projects – from planning to deployment. Identify process gaps and implement AI/automation solutions that accelerate scale. ii) Hands-on Project Implementation. Roll up your sleeves to design, test, and implement AI-driven tools and workflows. Ensure seamless integration of AI systems into existing company processes. Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver measurable outcomes. iii) Cross-functional Leadership Support. Coordinate cross-departmental AI initiatives, ensuring alignment and momentum. Facilitate discussions, decision forums, and workshops to push projects forward. Partner with department heads to surface execution blockers and drive solutions. iv) Product Ownership. Take full ownership of AI-related projects that don’t have a clear “home”.
