You will work with Hawk-Eye teams from across the globe, supporting their operations and providing expertise to help deliver cutting-edge technology solutions.. Key Responsibilities & Requirements. Leadership of ROC Sofia Operational Function. Lead and manage the ROC Sofia function. Provide high-quality, efficient and scalable services to support global operational growth. Work with the global business to understand the company strategy, and position ROC Sofia to contribute to business success. Manage financial spend and staff utilisation to optimise business return on investment. Management of Sofia Resource Pool. Manage and develop our pool of ROC Sofia operational resources (casual, full-time and management). Build Sofia's operational capability and capacity in line with business objectives. Support onboarding, training and quality control of our staffing pool and operational processes. Lead scheduling and resource allocation, ensuring maximum visibility on scheduling and availability for operational stakeholders. Build a flexible and agile operational model that can grow to meet business requirements. Work with HR to ensure Sofia is a high-performing and supportive working environment. Sofia Facility. Manage the ROC Sofia facility. Ensure that the facility, our technical installations and underlying infrastructure are fit for purpose as a global operational hub. Act as the lead point of contact with Sony Facilities (P+FM), local Sony SEU staff and building management/landlords to successfully manage our collaboration with all facilities stakeholders. Plan and forecast Sofia capacity and facilities requirements, ensuring that investment in facilities, infrastructure and technology is appropriately measured to meet business needs. Global Remote Operations Leadership. Alongside other global operational leaders, contribute to a Remote Operations strategy to serve the global business. Collaborate with experts across the business to share and adopt tools, processes and best practices to contribute to the seamless globalisation of our operations. Work with Remote Operations Centres around the globe to develop resourcing and scheduling processes. Contribute to initiatives focused on using AI and Automation to accelerate the adoption and impact of ROC Sofia operations. Key Skills/Behaviours. Essential. Strong communicator, able to manage multiple stakeholders with confidence in English and Bulgarian. Highly organised, with a structured and efficient approach to planning. Adaptable and solutions-focused, able to thrive in a reactive environment. A strong understanding of Hawk-Eye services, standards and operational models. Preferred. Strong analytical mindset, with an understanding of data-driven decision making, automation, and AI-enabled solutions..
