Job Summary:. We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join our Wallet team at REAX Technology Platforms Private Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Real Wallet program. Your core responsibilities include executing daily tasks, ensuring data accuracy across systems, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve and automate processes.. This role requires experience in an operations-heavy role, preferably in fintech. Expertise in spreadsheet software like Excel or Google Sheets is essential. We are looking for a proactive individual with exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills. Familiarity with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools like Tableau is a significant plus... Duties/Responsibilities. :. Operational Execution & Process Adherence. :. Execute and oversee daily operational workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Real Wallet program, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.. Perform a variety of manual operational tasks, including updating reports, reconciling data between different systems, and managing data transfers to maintain system integrity.. System and Data Integrity. :. Act as a key point of contact for ensuring data alignment across various systems, flagging discrepancies, and taking corrective action as outlined in SOPs.. Assist in maintaining up-to-date program reports and dashboards. Cross-Functional Communication. :. Communicate effectively and efficiently with internal teams, including product, engineering, finance and support, to address operational issues and ensure a seamless workflow.. Proactively identify and escalate potential issues or areas for improvement within existing processes. Comfortable collaborating with a manager based in the USA, maintaining clear and timely communication across time zones and aligning effectively through overlapping working hours.. Process Improvement & Automation. :. Assist in the documentation and refinement of existing SOPs to improve clarity and efficiency.. Explore and implement automation scripts or tools to reduce manual effort for repetitive tasks over time.. Required Skills/Abilities. :. Technical Skills. :. Strong proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) for data manipulation and analysis.. Familiarity with data entry and management in various systems.. Basic knowledge of scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, SQL) is a plus and will be a key area for growth in this role..
