As a Compliance Officer, you will own and drive Bitstack’s compliance framework across key regulatory areas, ensuring we scale safely while delivering a seamless user experience. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Support to embed compliance into our operations and product decisions.. What You'll Be Doing. Lead regulatory compliance across . MiCA. , . EME. , . AML/CFT. , . TRACFIN reporting. , and . GDPR. .. Maintain and improve our internal compliance policies and procedures, including . KYC. , . risk scoring. , . sanctions screening. , and . transaction monitoring. .. Oversee the handling of AML alerts and conduct investigations when needed.. Manage and supervise the preparation and submission of . TRACFIN. reports.. Build and maintain an internal control plan aligned with Bitstack’s product and risk profile.. Partner with Product, Tech, and Customer Support teams to ensure compliance is integrated into the user experience (and not bolted on afterwards).. Monitor regulatory changes, anticipate upcoming requirements, and support preparation for . AMF / ACPR. audits and reviews.. Train and educate internal teams on compliance topics and best practices.. What We're Looking For. 5–8 years of experience. in Compliance and/or Risk, ideally in a fintech, crypto company, payment institution, or bank.. Strong expertise in . AML/CFT. , with a good understanding of . PSAN obligations and MiCA requirements. .. Comfortable working with AML/CFT tools such as . Chainalysis, Sardine, Marble. , or similar platforms.. Highly structured, autonomous, and analytical, with clear communication skills.. Strong interest in . crypto-assets. and financial innovation.. Fluent in . English. ..
