Review and refine AI-generated outputs on topics like HR strategy, talent management, organizational design, culture, employee relations, and business change. Evaluate AI responses for commercial realism, compliance, and HR best practices. Draft realistic HR scenarios and case studies reflecting your hands-on experience in real organizations. Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. HRBP, people lead, executive, board member). Identify gaps, oversimplifications, or flawed assumptions in AI-generated HR content. In simple terms:. You will review and improve AI-generated HR content, ensuring it mirrors authentic expertise, practical reasoning, and HR best practices. Rather than traditional consulting or HR delivery, you’ll use your real-world knowledge to help AI systems truly understand and reason about the HR function at scale.. Who You Are. A senior HR Business Partner, HR strategist, people operations lead, talent leader, or similar. Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK. Several years of hands-on HR experience in talent management, org design, employee relations, or transformative people projects. Strong at assessing HR reasoning, logical soundness, and practical solutions. Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback.
