Draft realistic HR scenarios, including employee relations, talent management, organizational change, compliance, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) challenges. Create variations of the same scenario from different roles, such as HR business partner, people manager, employee, or compliance lead. Identify gaps, misinterpretations, or oversimplified reasoning in AI generated content. Assess and improve AI reasoning around structured problem solving, edge cases, and application of HR theoretical concepts. In simple terms:.
