What We’re Looking For. 5+ years in growth or performance marketing roles, ideally in a startup or Web3 environment.. Proven experience designing and optimizing growth funnels in technical or developer-focused products.. Strong command of analytics, attribution, and growth metrics — you know how to turn data into decisions.. Creative mindset with an experimental approach to testing new ideas and channels.. Impeccable attention to detail — you double-check everything and hold others to the same standard.. Ability to move fast, work independently, and navigate ambiguity in a high-velocity startup environment.. Nice to Have. Familiarity with the crypto, blockchain, or cybersecurity ecosystems..
