You will report to the Director of Growth, and your primary responsibility is to lead campaign strategy and execution across Meta, Google, ASA, DSPs, and rewarded/video networks, while owning creative testing, ASO experiments, and partner coordination. Own and drive performance of paid UA campaigns across Meta, Google, ASA, DSPs, and Rewarded/Video networks, executing with precision to hit ROAS and payback targets. Manage campaign setup and pacing end-to-end, ensuring we deliver efficiently, scale responsibly, and stay tightly aligned to goals. Lead day-to-day partner and vendor management, including performance reviews, troubleshooting, and surfacing new growth opportunities. Run the creative feedback engine: design and own test plans, turning campaign performance into sharp insights that accelerate asset development and unlock high-performing concepts. Partner with the Creative Lead to shape and scale a strategic creative pipeline across static, video, and emerging formats, and stay at the forefront of creative innovation in performance marketing. Own ASO performance and experimentation: report on key shifts, and implement tests to improve both organic and paid conversion, in close collaboration with the Platform and PMM teams. Support market-specific campaign execution, including seasonal moments, content drops, and platform opportunities. Oversee UA ops workflows, including Partner Contract, Billing, Invoice, Spend, and performance data QA to keep channels running clean and efficiently. What You’ll Need:. (. The total compensation for this position includes a new hire offer base salary range of $150,000 - $180,000 USD + equity + comprehensive benefits + potential for discretionary performance bonuses..
