Build and nurture strong, long-term referral partnerships.. Schedule appointments and meetings for the business owner.. Proactively follow up with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline..  . Social Media Management. Plan, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms.. Repurpose Canva templates for various content needs.. Write attention-grabbing captions and marketing copy.. Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.. Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels..  . Content Creation. Write engaging:. Social media posts. Blog articles. Email newsletters. Marketing emails. Contribute to content planning and ongoing marketing campaigns..  . Client Onboarding & Customer Success. Send welcome emails and communications to new clients.. Collect client identification and required onboarding documentation.. Manage onboarding workflows and maintain ongoing client communications.. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Appointment Setter, Marketing Assistant, Client Success VA, or similar role.. Strong background in LinkedIn outreach and appointment setting..
