Lead, support and empower a team of brilliant engineers by fostering collaboration, innovation and ownership.. Manage the entire software development lifecycle (i.e. inputs & outputs to software engineering).. Oversee release management of new features, ensuring smooth QA and production rollouts.. Manage team resources by clarifying requirements, removing blockers, overseeing tasks prioritizations and attracting great talent.. Drive the team in thinking critically through product requirements, ensuring consistent and valuable communication is present throughout the project, in close coordination with product management.. Develop and maintain dashboards, logging and alerting systems for proactive issue resolution.. At least 3 years of engineering leadership experience in large-scale software development.. Proven delivery experience working under an Agile // Scrum methodology..
