The Opportunity. As an IT Network Engineer, you will be a key player in designing, implementing, and managing our network systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance for all our employees and operations. You'll work closely with various departments, translating business needs into technical solutions and continually improving our network architecture to support our evolving goals.. The Skillset. Network Design & Implementation Expertise. : Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining LANs, WANs, and wireless networks. You'll know your way around major network hardware and software.. Technical Expertise. :. Solid understanding of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).. Experience with network devices from major vendors (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Meraki, Aruba).. Proficiency in configuring and managing firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless access points.. Knowledge of network security best practices and tools.. Security Acumen. : Experience implementing and managing network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems. Troubleshooting Mastery. : Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to identifying and resolving complex network issues.. Communication & Collaboration:.
