We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer who can translate complex data into actionable insights, while also taking ownership of BI solutions from development through deployment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on, in-depth experience with Power BI, data modeling, and a strong business acumen, coupled with the critical soft skills that ensure high-quality solutions.. What you'll do at UiPath. Join workshops or 1-to-1 interviews to hear business problems first-hand, ask clarifying questions, and capture detailed acceptance criteria you’ll later build against.. Maintain a Confluence page that documents business requirements, spells out how each metric is calculated and which data sources feed it; get business sign-off to avoid later disputes.. Use Power BI to create star/snowflake schemas, relationships, calculated columns and measures (SQL, DAX, etc.). Use Power BI to build interactive reports, slicers, drill-throughs and bookmarks that answer the stated business questions.. Tune SQL/DAX, set proper aggregation tables or incremental refresh policies, and monitor refresh logs to keep visuals <5s and loads within SLA.. Apply row-level security roles and basic lineage documentation so data is trustworthy and access-controlled.. Investigate data discrepancies, reproduce issues, explain root causes, and propose fixes, keeping users informed of status and expected resolution times.. Coordinate with the DataWarehouse team on source availability and root-source data fixes and enhancements.. Adhere to development best practices, processes and frameworks agreed upon within the team.. Experiment with new BI features and share findings in team demos.. What you'll bring to UiPath:. Power BI Expertise. Experience. : Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with Power BI in a business environment.. Certification. : . Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate. . Portfolio. : A portfolio showcasing previous Power BI projects and dashboards, demonstrating your ability to design, develop, and deliver actionable business intelligence solutions.
