We need a highly motivated person to assist on various projects for our team as well as other miscellaneous administrative duties as needed. Previous experience in an accounting firm is preferred, as is a desire to learn about the accounting field and grow along with our company.. Responsibilities:. Assist with scanning, copies, printing, etc.. Assist with filing, errands, and general admin support. Assist with assembling and filing tax returns. Assist with data entry and client info requests. Ensure accurate filing, labeling, and organization. Converting documents into paper files as well as digital files. Communication with clients through email and telephone. Requirements:. Must be highly responsive to emails, calls, and requests. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to maintain priorities, deliverables, and deadlines. Work with efficiency and under pressure. Work flexible shifts including some weekends (during deadlines). Work independently and as part of a team.
