We’re hiring our first . Client Success Manager. to lead client relationships and shape what great client experience looks like at Omniscient.. This role will be responsible for . client retention, revenue expansion, and overall satisfaction. across a portfolio of B2B SaaS client accounts. You’ll drive renewals and expansions, ensure projects run on time, and tie delivery outputs to business outcomes that matter to executives.. This is a foundational hire. You’ll work directly with partners and directors to build the frameworks, reporting, and playbooks that define our client success function. Over time, you’ll help grow the team and establish Omniscient’s standards for how client partnerships are run.. The role reports directly to the Head of Client Success, with direct access to partners and directors.. We require work hours to overlap . at least 3 hours with US Eastern timezone. .. Your responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include …. Owning client relationships.. Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, running polished meetings with clear agendas, pre-reads when needed, same-day recaps, and structured QBRs/EBRs that surface wins, risks, and expansion opportunities.. Driving renewals and expansions.. Own retention and revenue growth across your book. Forecast value, prep renewal decks, propose scope changes, and track expansion pipeline by account. Partner with sales and leadership to close expansions.. Owning project management.. Keep projects moving by setting clear timelines, assigning owners, and flagging risks early. Use tools like Asana and Notion to maintain predictable delivery and give clients confidence in execution.. Partnering with client teams.. Collaborate with Organic Growth Strategists, Editorial Leads, and leadership to prioritize and pitch opportunities across SEO, content, CRO, and growth experiments. Align client priorities with delivery capacity.. Translating delivery to business outcomes.. Tie SEO and content programs to pipeline, retention, and revenue. Reframe flat performance into strategic wins and momentum drivers. Prepare QBR decks that speak to VP and C-suite concerns.. Triaging escalations.. Act as first line of defense when accounts wobble. Diagnose, propose solutions with trade-offs, and pull in executive sponsors where necessary. Document root causes and prevention plans.. Communicating clearly.. Maintain communication SLAs across email and Slack. Provide proactive updates, route questions to the right specialist, and ensure all next steps are documented.. Leveraging automation and AI.. Use automation and AI to streamline reporting, comms, and analysis. Regularly propose new tools or workflows that improve efficiency for you and the team.. Improving processes.. Document playbooks, templates, and case studies that make client success repeatable and scalable. Help build the foundation for future CSM hires.. Who you are. 5–7+ years of account management, client success, or agency leadership experience.. Experience managing a multimillion-dollar portfolio across 8–15 clients.. Background in agencies is strongly preferred; B2B SaaS client experience is ideal.. Strong executive presence: you can run decisive meetings with VPs and CMOs, stay calm under pressure, and guide sensitive discussions to clear outcomes.. Commercial acumen: you connect SEO/content/CRO to revenue, pipeline, and retention, and know how to defend budget with senior stakeholders.. Strong communication skills: you can draft crisp emails, QBR decks, and Loom walkthroughs that make complex work simple and actionable.. A driver: you don’t let deadlines slip, you unblock projects, and you maintain momentum even in messy situations.. High standards: you give and receive feedback well, leave ego aside, and care deeply about quality of work and client relationships.. Risk-minded: you anticipate challenges, plan for trade-offs, and communicate solutions clearly.. Attentive to detail (the passcode is clientgrowth2025).
