Preferred Skills/Experience:. 10+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related disciplines.. 5+ years of people management experience leading and developing high-performing design teams.. Proven experience balancing strategic leadership responsibilities with hands-on design execution on high-impact initiatives.. Experience designing for fintech, cryptocurrency, trading platforms, financial services, or other regulated industries is strongly preferred.. Strong ability to drive end-to-end product design outcomes at scale, from discovery and prototyping to delivery, while prioritizing continuous improvement.. Experience supporting products and brands operating within the U.S. market, including familiarity with U.S. consumer expectations, regulatory considerations, and go-to-market dynamics.. The starting pay range for this role is between USD$235,000 - USD$265,000 for all U.S. remote locations.
