About the Role. We’re looking for a full-time Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead end-to-end development across modern web applications using React and Node.js. In this role, you’ll architect and ship new products, mentor other developers, and collaborate across teams.. You’ll set the bar for quality, scalability, and performance — while also contributing to a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and growth.. Responsibilities. Architect and implement complex full-stack applications using React (frontend) and Node.js/Express (backend). Lead technical decision-making, from database schema design to infrastructure setup. Develop and maintain scalable RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs. Own deployments and infrastructure (AWS), including CI/CD and monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product design, requirements, and roadmaps. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor mid-level/junior developers. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, security risks, and scalability issues. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and evaluate their fit for our stack. Requirements. We’re looking for someone who brings:. 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development. Strong expertise in React, including component architecture, hooks, state management. Deep experience with Node.js and Express, including API design and performance optimization. Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.). Experience integrating third-party services like Stripe for payments. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code. Strong communication and leadership skills; experience mentoring or managing devs is a plus. A proactive, ownership-driven mindset. What’s in it for you?.
