Senior Technical Recruiter to help us build the future of AI-powered video security. This role will focus on hiring world-class AI/ML engineers, robotics engineers, computer vision experts, and other highly technical talent. You’ll partner directly with engineering leaders and founders to identify, attract, and close builders who thrive in 0→1 environments. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands deep technical talent, loves outbound sourcing, and wants to help shape a generational engineering team.. What You’ll Do. Proactively source technical talent including AI/ML Engineers, Machine Learning Researchers, Robotics Engineers, Computer Vision Engineers, Software Engineers, Embedded/Edge Engineers, and Technical Support Engineers. Build and maintain strong pipelines of high-caliber technical talent through outbound sourcing, referrals, and creative market mapping. Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and closing. Manage multiple highly technical searches simultaneously in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. Partner closely with hiring managers, engineering leaders, and founders to deeply understand technical requirements, hiring bar, and long-term team needs. Calibrate candidates against a high technical bar, including education, research depth, 0→1 build experience, and startup readiness. Manage and maintain accurate candidate data, interview feedback, and workflow hygiene within the ATS (Ashby). Support hiring in the Bay Area and London office.. Continuously improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, sourcing strategies, and pipeline quality. Requirements And Experience We Are Looking For. Must-Have Experience. 3+ years of proven high-level technical recruiting experience. Demonstrated success recruiting AI/ML Engineers, Machine Learning Researchers, Robotics Engineers, Computer Vision Engineers, or similarly advanced technical profiles. Strong understanding of technical concepts (ML models, LLMs, computer vision, robotics systems, edge computing, distributed systems, etc.). Proven ability to close at least 1–2 highly technical hires per month consistently. Comfortable carrying and delivering against a quarterly hiring quota. Experience partnering directly with engineering leaders and founders. Strong sourcing capabilities (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, research papers, technical communities, Boolean search). Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills. Highly Preferred. Experience recruiting for AI-first or deep-tech startups. Experience hiring candidates with advanced degrees (MS/PhD) from top global universities.
