Here's where your expertise comes into play:. We're looking for a pragmatic, fast-moving Product Designer to help us finalize and evolve the interface of our analytics platform for recycling facilities.. You will work closely with our Product Manager and Engineering team to deliver designs that are clear, functional, and ready for development.. Your responsibilities:. Design and iterate on features within our existing Figma-based design systemCollaborate closely with the Product Manager and Engineering team to deliver dev-ready designs. Translate product requirements into intuitive UX that works for our customers without over-engineering the solution. Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate efficiently rather than pursuing pixel-perfect final products. Anticipate UX edge cases and flag potential user experience issues proactively. Requirements:. 3+ years of experience in product or UX design. , preferably in a SaaS or data-heavy product environment. Strong Figma proficiency. , including the ability to work within and extend an existing design system. Ability to balance UX best practices with engineering constraints and business priorities. Comfortable working iteratively and delivering incremental improvements rather than full redesigns. English fluency (B2 or higher), as you will be working closely with a US-based team.
