Job Summary. We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team and lead initiatives focused on building AI-powered tools for internal teams. This role will work closely with groups such as Customer Support and Sales to streamline and automate key business processes through custom AI solutions.. Responsibilities. Proven history streamlining/transforming internal business processes.. Partner with the Technical Owner on an agile software engineering squad to ensure high-quality software is delivered predictably.. Participate in all aspects of the product development lifecycle from design to deployment and maintenance.. Work closely with stakeholders (Product Managers, Technical Owner/Engineers, Architects, Security, DBAs, User Experience Designers, Customers, and other Product Owners) to understand complex problems and translate them into solutions.. Participate in shaping and upholding the product vision.. Build and maintain a prioritized backlog in alignment with the company’s technical and business strategy.. Collaborate with the squad to define Epics/Stories that meet the “Definition of Ready”, and after development/testing, meet the “Definition of Done”.. Lead/Manage/Participate in Scrum ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, sprint demos).. Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting the successful squad completion of Release/Sprint/Quarterly Goals.. Drive sprint and release plans, while tracking progress towards delivery timelines, and communicating changes to stakeholders.. Qualifications and Job Requirements. 5+ years of Product Owner experience, leading full lifecycle product development in Agile environments.. Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum, with hands-on facilitation of ceremonies and backlog management.. Strong technical acumen; partners effectively with engineering, architecture, security, and DevOps teams to shape and validate solutions.. Skilled at defining and managing backlogs, breaking down complex initiatives into Epics and Stories with clear readiness and acceptance criteria.. Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, QA, and business leads.. Proven ability to align product strategy with business goals, drive prioritization, and translate needs into actionable requirements.. Excellent communication and planning skills, tracking KPIs and reporting progress to executive stakeholders.. Proficient in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!) for backlog management, tracking, and documentation.. Resolves impediments and ensures delivery against sprint, quarterly, and release goals..
