Membership Engagement and Community Manager .   . In this role you will develop and execute member engagement strategies across the semiconductor ecosystem, creating valuable programs and content that foster collaboration while strengthening member communities. . Every day you will facilitate knowledge sharing initiatives, coordinate community activities, and develop compelling content that advances industry innovation through meaningful member engagement. . To thrive in this role you must combine semiconductor industry knowledge with program management expertise, demonstrating the ability to both understand technical challenges and facilitate effective industry collaboration. . Natcast stands at the forefront of semiconductor research and engineering, serving as a crucial hub for innovation in the U.S. semiconductor ecosystem. Through the National Semiconductor Technology Center (NSTC), Natcast brings together industry, academia, and government partners to address critical challenges and advance U.S. leadership in semiconductor technology. . This position plays a key role in strengthening member engagement and fostering collaborative communities across the semiconductor ecosystem. The role focuses on developing and implementing programs that maximize member value while facilitating knowledge sharing and industry advancement. .  .  . Responsibilities:.  . • Coordinate Communities of Interest around key industry themes / segments . • Execute member engagement programs and initiatives . • Develop content strategies aligned with member needs . • Facilitate knowledge-sharing activities . • Support executive-level member relationships . • Implement community engagement strategies . • Create thought leadership content . • Coordinate virtual and in-person community events . • Execute member satisfaction initiatives . • Support member onboarding processes . • Develop member-focused content . • Monitor community success metrics . • Identify emerging community interests . • Generate engagement analytics and reports . • Facilitate cross-industry collaboration .   . Required Skills and Experience:.  . • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field . • 5+ years experience in technology industry engagement . • Strong understanding of semiconductor ecosystem . • Strong program management capabilities . • Strong writing skills and content development . • Excellence in stakeholder communication . • Strong organizational abilities . • Event coordination experience . • Proven relationship building skills . • Data analysis capabilities . • Track record of program success .   .
