About The Role. The Data Analyst will play a critical role in transforming complex financial and operational data into meaningful insights to support internal stakeholders. This position requires a blend of analytical expertise, business acumen, and communication skills to deliver actionable visualizations to stakeholders. Data Collection and Preparation. : Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources, including financial systems, practice management tools, and third-party platforms, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.. Reporting and Visualization. : Create compelling, interactive dashboards and reports using our team’s modern BI stack to communicate insights to stakeholders.. Process Improvement. : Identify opportunities to streamline data processes, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance data quality through best practices and innovative solutions.. Stakeholder Collaboration. : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accountants, consultants, and senior leadership, to align data initiatives with business objectives.. Compliance and Security. : Ensure all data handling complies with industry regulations and internal policies, maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.. What you’ll need:. Qualifications:. Education. : Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Business or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, or data analytics certifications) are a plus.. Experience. : 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within professional services, financial services, or consulting environments.. Technical Skills. :. Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.).. Experience with data visualization tools such as Domo, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.. Knowledge of ERP systems, HRIS Systems, CRM platforms, or financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite) is a plus..
