Program Success Associate, Care Team. , you will serve as a subject matter expert in supporting the Care Team and taking a primary role in improving processes that improve the Care Team’s ability to provide high quality, efficient work on the platform. This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer support who is ready to work independently to take on more responsibilities in operations and process improvement.. You Will:. Assist providers by answering questions, solving technical issues, and working internally to solve Care Team problems.. Work collaboratively with the Operations, Product, Customer Service, and Medical Affairs teams to address provider issues and streamline processes.. Manage provider content, including compiling communication and training, updating resources, and streamlining workflows.. Identify trends and common issues impacting providers and propose long term solutions to mitigate problems.. Develop and promote processes to facilitate streamlined work for the team and cross-functionally.. Be an extraordinary team member: low ego, high humility, and partnership oriented.. Other duties as needed. You Have:. 2+ years of work experience in customer support, community management, or operations. Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal: Confidently and clearly know what, when, and how to get a message across. Self-starter aptitude and ability to work independently: At ease working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and managing competing priorities.
