You’ll help shape solutions for our customers and analyse potential new opportunities and markets.. Who are you. We're looking for a motivated and ambitious professional who has a track record in B2B financial services sales, ideally working at a bank or financial services infrastructure provider. This role will focus on driving growth across our sectors.. We’d love to hear from you if you have:. 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience selling complex, technical solutions to corporate clients. Strong understanding of embedded finance, payments, financial infrastructure or banking-as-a-service solutions. Strong sales leadership and discovery skills. You’re able to perform a thorough business, functional and risk analysis and mapping to our solutions and client fit.. Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with a broad range of stakeholders remotely.. We’re hybrid-remote, and most of your colleagues will not share an office with you on a day-to-day basis. This means you should also have:. A high degree of comfort adopting new software tools for document drafting, collaboration and communication.. A love of writing - we have a major amount of written documentation that you will be contributing to, and we place a high degree of importance on clarity and readability . (you can find out more here about . how we write. ). What will you be doing here?. Identify new business opportunities and manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closure within target sectors. Develop product expertise and execute account-based marketing strategies for key prospects. Build and maintain a robust qualified pipeline while nurturing relationships and driving client expansion and renewals opportunities. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support. Represent Griffin Bank at industry events and provide market feedback to inform strategy. Contribute to sales process improvements and best practices. Assess and manage client risk effectively, ensuring adherence to Griffin eligibility criteria. What can we offer you?. Salary: £50-60,000 DOE + discretionary commission. 25 days off a year + winter break(we close in between Christmas and New Year) + bank holidays.
