The Opportunity: Senior Recruiter, APAC. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll partner with founders, GMs, and heads of function to build world-class teams across our international subsidiaries: Cashalo in the Philippines and NIRA in India. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to regional leaders while shaping the future of Empower's international business through strategic talent acquisition across engineering, product, data science, and credit functions.. How You'll Make an Impact. Work directly with our regional leaders to understand business needs and develop comprehensive talent strategies that align with Empower's international expansion goals.. Own end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles in engineering, product, data science, and credit across APAC markets.. Lead executive and senior-level hiring initiatives, serving as the primary recruiter for critical leadership positions that will shape our international business.. Leverage creative sourcing strategies, data-driven approaches, and deep market knowledge to identify and engage top talent in competitive APAC markets.. Develop and implement scalable recruiting processes, lead talent acquisition projects, and organise recruitment events that enhance our employer brand across the region.. Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining Empower's reputation as an employer of choice in international markets.. Partner with People team members and stakeholders across multiple countries, serving as a key contributor to broader talent and organisational initiatives.. Track, analyse, and report on recruitment metrics to continuously optimise hiring strategies and influence business decisions.. Why You're a Great Fit. 6+ years of talent acquisition experience in recruiting for technical roles (engineering, product, data science) and business functions.. Experience with international hiring, particularly in APAC markets like India, ANZ, Singapore, and the Philippines, with deep understanding of local talent landscapes, employment laws, and cultural nuances.. Experience using AI for sourcing, screening, or scheduling.. Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced startup or high-growth company, comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.. Exceptional sourcing and screening skills.. Excellent communication and influencing skills with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, set expectations, and drive alignment across diverse teams..
