Complete project takeoffs for commercial masonry work (CMU, brick, cast iron). Provide accurate bid information and estimates for large general contractor projects. Work on turnkey projects across the southeastern US (Mississippi, Alabama, Florida). Deliver reliable, detailed takeoff documentation to support bid submissions. Collaborate remotely with the internal team to meet project deadlines. . . Ideal Candidate. 2-5+ years of experience estimating US construction projects. Civil engineering background or equivalent masonry/construction estimating experience. Fluent in English. Proficient in commercial masonry takeoff methodologies. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Able to work remotely on US timezone. Non-Negotiables. Accuracy and reliability of bid information (performance judged on estimate quality, not job wins).
