Conduct discovery calls to understand needs and deliver compelling value pitches. Address objections, build trust, and move prospects through the sales funnel. Schedule follow-ups and assist leadership with closing deals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline data in HubSpot (or similar CRM). Provide feedback to improve messaging, targeting, and sales workflows. βœ… . What We’re Looking For. 1–2 years in sales, inside sales, or a customer-facing role. At least 1 year of experience cold calling and prospecting. Minimum 1 year in an Account Executive position. Strong written and verbal communication skills (Spanish proficiency is a plus). Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple conversations at once. Professional, goal-oriented, and self-motivated. Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
