We are looking for an experienced VP of HR to help us effectively manage, retain and develop a rapidly-growing high-performance team across multiple geographies. Work in close partnership with the executive team to ensure that the people, systems, and processes necessary to scale are in place. Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with company goals and values, including culture, capability-building, and change management. Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on all people matters.. Drive workforce planning and organizational design to support scaling and cross-functional growth.. Roll out and maintain creative, innovative initiatives to retain and inspire high-performing talent. Define and implement HR systems, tools, and processes that support a high performance culture. Support and advise on recruiting efforts, from creation of job descriptions to negotiation of employment agreements. Oversee employee relations and investigations within the organization. Ensure compliance with applicable labor and employment laws and regulations. Manage and oversee all immigration issues (visa and green card sponsorship, visa requests, etc.). Oversee employee lifecycle policies and systems: onboarding, performance management, compensation, offboarding.. Partner with legal and finance to ensure compliance and operational excellence in HR systems and data integrity.. Drive learning and leadership development initiatives that support career growth and organizational agility.. Enable robust talent reviews and development plans to build bench strength for future leadership needs.. Champion initiatives that foster diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging at all levels of the organization.. Design and lead programs that promote psychological safety, trust, and an outstanding employee experience.. Qualifications. 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably at a public company.. 5+ years in a senior leadership position.. Deep expertise in at least 3 of the following: Executive leadership development,. People Ops, L&D, Total Rewards, DEIB, Organizational Design and development. SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification.. Track record of leading organizational change and scaling HR functions from early to growth stage.. Experience building out centralized programs and policies and implementing across the organization with measurable results. Ability to influence through effective relationships, data and expertise. Strategic thinker with high emotional intelligence and a collaborative mindset.. Exceptional communicator who inspires trust and aligns diverse stakeholders..
