We’re looking for a customer-obsessed Product Manager to lead our Platform Filling and Saving team - the group responsible for making it effortless for users to fill and save passwords, passkeys, addresses, credit cards, and more across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.. In this role, you’ll define and execute the strategic vision for how 1Password integrates with platform-specific credential manager APIs, partnering closely with external teams to deliver a seamless, secure, and consistent experience across every device. What we expect you to bring: . 2+ years of experience owning a product or a set of features and being responsible for its ultimate success with at least 2 years of SaaS experience. Track record of shipping and improving software and driving business impact through the feature/product you owned.. Radical ownership of the problem space. You identify problems and you make them go away.. You have experience shipping products and/or features across multiple platforms that utilize OS-level APIs. A good understanding of security, technology and platform infrastructure trends that drives and influences customers to need to integrate solutions.. An action-bias that won’t wait to create change.. Obsession with internal customer problems.. Represent the voice of the customer to motivate the team.. Strong presentation and leadership skills.. Excellent verbal and written communication skills that scales from technical to non-technical.. Ability to inspire and bring together different teams and stakeholders to drive forward, solve problems and remove roadblocks.. Ability to prioritize tasks and use data - both qualitative and quantitative - to drive decision-making.. Background and experience in the fields of user privacy, security, identity and access management are a plus..
