You'll provide hands-on HRBP support and advisory to 8-12 functional teams by leading performance improvement processes, investigating team member relations concerns, assessing when teams require additional support to meet the organization's needs, and managing related projects. About You. 7+ years of People Operations experience working in a fast-paced, tech-driven organization, with experience in HRBP or HR leadership activities, including leadership development, performance management, process development, organizational behavior, workforce planning, employee relations, team member engagement and belonging.. Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve complex engagement, performance, and employee relations issues with discretion, humanity, and critical thinking..
