Senior Digital / Product / UI / Web Designer (Global Remote) at True Talent Solutions Partners. Remote Location: San Francisco. About the Role. Join a design-focused role at the frontier of AI driven tooling. You will contribute to production-grade design systems and work across digital, product, and web design tracks to guide AI-generated design quality and consistency.. What You'll Do. Prompt and refine design outputs from AI models across multiple turns to meet briefs. Evolve and maintain token based design systems including color ramps, type scales, spacing and radius tokens, and component variants. Evaluate design outputs for system coherence and visual quality and flag deviations. Compare alternatives, justify selections, and document prompts and rationales for model training. Rank design options to help train models on cohesive, high quality design systems. What We're Looking For. 4+ years building or implementing design systems professionally. Experience building, maintaining and applying token based systems and component variants. Ability to reason about design systems expressed in code and identify inconsistencies. Comfort with AI design tools and design QA, or eagerness to work at that frontier. Available for async remote contract work, minimum 15 hours per week. Experience with React or design system implementation tooling (Figma variables). Broad design experience across multiple mediums and product types. Compensation & Benefits. Salary range: USD 50,000 to 100,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available
