As a Technical Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in equipping our internal technical teams with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. As a key bridge between technical expertise and educational strategy, you will design, deliver, and maintain enablement programs and curricula that drive product understanding, implementation success, and customer satisfaction.. This is a remote position within the US and Canada. . What we're looking for:. 6 years experience in technical training, enablement or field facing technical role.. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.. Proven ability to rapidly develop deep expertise in 1Password’s architecture, leveraging a strong foundation in related technologies and awareness of current cybersecurity trends.. Familiarity with adult learning principles (such as Goal-Oriented learning, Problem-centered, Value basis) as well as popular instructional design methodologies like ADDIE or Blooms.. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.. Problem-solving mindset, adaptability to shifting priorities.. Experience at a high-growth SaaS or technology company.. Ability to travel domestically and perhaps globally approximately 1-2x per quarter.. What you can expect:. Program Development:. Design, develop and deliver comprehensive technical training and enablement programs tailored to internal teams.. Work cross functionally with subject matter experts to ensure content aligns with product features, use cases and industry best practices.. Utilize a variety of training methods, including e-learning, in person workshops and hands-on labs.. Content Creation:. Generate technical guides, tutorials and FAQs to support product knowledge, implementation and troubleshooting.. Develop and maintain a technical resource repository accessible to all relevant stakeholders.. Product and Technology Expertise:. Become a subject matter expert in 1Password offerings and the cybersecurity ecosystem.. Keep updated with new products, releases and enhancements to ensure content is always up to date.. Collaboration:. Collaborate with technical leadership, internal teams and subject matter experts to ensure enablement strategy aligns with goals.. Create strong feedback loops with Product Marketing to maintain constant program improvement.. Measurement and Reporting. Define KPIs to measure the impact of technical enablement initiatives and programs.. Regularly report on effectiveness, adoption rates and technical proficiency of supported teams.. USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $126,000 USD and $170,000 USD.
