In this role, you will manage the full documentation and pricing lifecycle—from field data to final reporting. You will analyze field data, generate accurate quotes, maintain data integrity, and collaborate across teams to ensure that all documentation is delivered on time and meets company standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and an analytical mindset, with a focus on accuracy and consistency.. Key Responsibilities. Documentation & Reporting. Convert field survey data into customer and utility-facing reports and quotes.. Create accurate and actionable Scopes of Work for field teams.. Deliver professional install summaries and customer-facing documentation.. Data & Process Management. Maintain data integrity in Salesforce and other systems.. Support the transition from Excel to Salesforce by understanding both systems.. Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency.. Collaboration & Communication. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of documents.. Maintain clear communication with the sales team and other departments regarding project updates and progress.. Customer Focus & Client Relationship. Ensure that every report, quote, and document reflects the company's brand and maintains high customer satisfaction.. Work to deliver work that builds customer trust and ensures clarity in every stage of the process.. Qualifications. Experience & Skills. 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or detail-focused role.. Strong written and verbal communication skills.. Working knowledge of Excel (including Pivot tables, formulas, & macros).. Familiarity with Salesforce, including ability to navigate custom objects, run reports, and create dashboards..
