Draft realistic organizational scenarios such as restructuring, governance redesign, team effectiveness, and scaling challenges. Create scenario variations from perspectives including HR leader, operational executive, consultant, and board member. Spot flaws in reasoning, gaps in process logic, or misinterpretations of organizational theory and practice.
