Own Brand & Creative Strategy. : Translate brand positioning, customer insights, and our mission into stand-out creative experiences across the full marketing funnel—from paid ads and packaging to 360 video campaigns.. ✍️ . Get Hands-On. : Concept, storyboard, direct, design, and edit static, motion, and UGC-style assets. You know when speed matters, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to knock out design work. 🧑‍🎓 . You’ve have agency and in-house experience, with a portfolio that proves your chops scaling DTC or e-commerce brands. You thrive in 0→1 environments, love fast-paced creative sprints, and have a bias for action and learning. You’ve led creative teams and know how to build a strong bench of freelancers.
