You'll collaborate with AI researchers to review, label, evaluate, and improve AI systems built to support healthcare professionals and strengthen patient outcomes.. As a clinical expert in our network, you'll get hands-on exposure to frontier AI model development, working alongside top researchers and medical professionals on projects that will meaningfully shape healthcare technology and practice.. Project Overview. Our next project kicks off in mid-April, and onboarding is open now. You'll bring your clinical expertise to the development of a high-quality clinical evaluation benchmark. The work includes synthetic patient persona validation, transcript realism and voice adherence review, medical rubric development, and LLM response evaluation. Everything is completed asynchronously through a dedicated labeling platform, using your own clinical judgment.. Requirements. MD licensed in the U.S. with an active state medical license. U.S. Board Certified. Solid familiarity with primary care or internal medicine workflows, documentation, and terminology. Strong analytical, written, and clinical summarization skills. Native or near-native English proficiency. Careful attention to detail and a commitment to clinical accuracy. Comfortable working independently and asynchronously within a distributed team.
