You'll manage full intern hiring cycles, maintain our university and community partnerships, support employer brand efforts, and own meaningful pieces of the intern program experience from onboarding through graduation. What we're looking for:. 2–3 years of experience. in Emerging Talent, Campus Recruitment, University Relations, or Early Careers, ideally within a tech or high-growth environment.
