We’re looking for a Solutions Architect to join our team and play a key role in helping colleges and universities unlock the full value of our digital workforce platform.. We're seeking a skilled Ellucian SIS Consultant to support our institutional partners using Ellucian Colleague and/or Ellucian Banner. This role focuses on admissions configuration and Ethos integration, helping our clients maximize the performance and stability of their SIS connections with Element451.. What You’ll Do. Troubleshoot and resolve complex admissions configuration issues in Ellucian Colleague or Banner. Ensure accurate data flow and entity mapping between SIS and Ellucian Ethos. Validate setup, correct misalignments, and document best-practice configurations. Extend or advise on Ethos entity customizations and endpoint development. Collaborate with Element451’s Customer Success and Solutions teams. Support institutional stakeholders and drive clear resolution paths. What You Bring. 3+ years of direct experience with Ellucian Colleague and/or Ellucian Banner. Deep knowledge of SIS admissions modules and their architecture. Hands-on experience with Ellucian Ethos integration and configuration. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to operate independently in a fully remote, fast-moving environment. Contract details: . Part-time, flexible contract (approx. 10–20 hours/month).
