We’re looking for a designer with exceptional taste and output. You’ll own and improve Firecrawl’s visual presence — from social and motion to landing pages and occasional product UI.. This role is about . extending it, tightening it, and evolving it over time. — making the system more consistent, more polished, and more scalable as we ship faster.. No coding required. Just beautiful work.. What you’ll do. Create social content that stops the scroll (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube). Design motion graphics/animations for launches, announcements, and campaigns. Build marketing visuals for blog posts, newsletters, ads, and docs. Design and iterate on website pages and landing pages (speed + conversion mindset). Contribute to product UI when needed (systems-thinking, clean components). Maintain and gradually evolve Firecrawl’s brand system (not a rebrand). Turn complex technical ideas into visuals developers actually want to look at. Share work early, iterate quickly, and keep stakeholders unblocked with clear async updates. What we’re looking for. Taste:. strong typography, spacing, composition, color — you make “simple” look elite. Craft:. high attention to detail; you ship clean work. Range:. social → web → motion → light UI without quality dropping. Speed:. you move fast and iterate without sacrificing polish. Figma fluency:. organized, component-minded, clean files. Motion skills:. After Effects, Rive, Lottie, or similar. Ownership:. you take ambiguous asks and turn them into shipped assets. Communication:. clear, proactive, good at presenting options + rationale. Nice to have. Experience at a startup and/or developer-focused company. 3D skills (Spline, Blender). Video editing.
