What You’ll Do. • Define Product Vision and Requirements:. Lead the definition of product requirements for Machinify’s Payments solutions, ensuring they align with both customer needs and the capabilities of our AI platform.. • Develop a Deep Understanding of Customers:. Gather and analyze customer needs, policies, and processes. Translate these insights into clear, actionable requirements for Data Science and Engineering teams.. • Analyze Data and Drive Business Value:. Utilize Data Science and understand the drivers of business value for our customers. Challenge the status quo and propose new, AI-driven processes to deliver that value.. • Hands-On with AI & Technology:. Develop a deep understanding of the Machinify platform and products, and estimate the technical complexity of implementation. Apply hands-on experience with generative AI or intelligent agents to prototype and validate new approaches to automation.. • Cross-Functional Alignment:. Build strong partnerships and facilitate collaboration across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Design teams. Lead refinement discussions to drive out needed functional requirement details.. • Stakeholder Management:. Drive cross-functional alignment among stakeholders, ensuring everyone is working towards shared goals and that feedback loops are fast and effective.. • Product Roadmap Execution:.
