Drive Technical Recruitment Processes: Lead end-to-end recruitment activities from role kick-offs and sourcing to interviews, debriefs, and offers, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate journey.. Develop Diverse Talent Pipelines: Implement inclusive sourcing strategies and leverage innovative channels to build a diverse pool of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles.. Enhance Candidate Experience: Design and deliver a highly engaging, professional, and memorable experience that attracts and retains top talent.. Data-Driven Recruitment: Establish, monitor, and analyze key recruiting metrics to optimize processes, forecast hiring needs, and ensure continuous improvement.. About You:. 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.. Proven ability to manage a high requisition volume while maintaining quality and candidate engagement.. Strong technical acumen with the ability to assess technical skills effectively.. Ability to cultivate long-term relationships both internally and externally.. Experience crafting innovative recruitment strategies and understanding of industry trends, best practices, and diversity-focused recruiting.. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.. Experience with ATS tools such as Ashby or similar platforms is preferred.. Substack offers a competitive compensation package that includes salary, equity, and exceptional benefits. Our cash compensation salary range for this role is $110,000 to $135,000/year.
