You’ll build and maintain data pipelines, improve data quality, and ensure scalability as we continue to expand.. Responsibilities:. In this role, you will. Help design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable data pipelines that support analytics used by clinicians and executives.. Collaborate with tech leads, architects, and fellow engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.. Ensure accuracy and consistency of clinical and operational data through testing, validation, and monitoring.. Contribute to data modeling and warehousing to support both operational and advanced analytics.. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups and retrospectives.. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive environment with an emphasis on knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.. Qualifications. :. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.. 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer (or equivalent role).. Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java).. Familiarity with data modeling, warehousing concepts, and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Sigma, Power BI).. Experience with modern data stack tools such as Airflow, DBT, and Snowflake (or strong willingness to learn them quickly).. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable, maintainable solutions.. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.. Preferred Skills:.
