We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own Sibill's growth strategy and lead the execution of our acquisition engine across performance channels and all upper-funnel properties.. You will be the person responsible for how we invest our media budget, what we test, and how we scale what works. You won't be alone in the platforms day-to-day: you will manage an external agency that handles campaign execution and tracking setup, and an internal junior resource; but you will be the one who sets the direction, defines priorities, and evaluates performance. When it comes to testing roadmaps and on-site experimentation, you are hands-on. You will also be responsible for budget planning across all acquisition activities.. You will report to the Head of Marketing.. What you will do. Define and execute the growth strategy for Sibill's upper-funnel and acquisition activities.. You own the strategic levers that drive Sibill's growth: channel mix, audience strategy, messaging, testing priorities. Your job is to put a strategy in place, test it rigorously, and iterate until it scales. You are the owner of the testing process, from hypothesis to execution to learnings.. Be hands-on on testing and ad creation processes.. You design the testing roadmap across paid channels, on-site experiments, landing pages, creatives, audiences, and formats. You also own the end-to-end process of creating everything needed on the advertising side: from briefing to asset production to launch. You define hypotheses, set priorities, establish success criteria, and document learnings.. Manage the media budget.. You build and maintain the budget allocation plan across channels, campaigns, and time horizons. You decide where to invest and where to pull back. You present budget plans, forecasts, and scenarios to the Head of Marketing.. Get the best out of your resources.. You will manage an external performance agency and an internal junior team member. Your goal is to maximize output and results from both: set clear expectations, create structure, give feedback, develop people, and hold everyone accountable. You invest in the growth of your resources as much as in the growth of the business.. Stay current and experiment with AI new tools.. You actively explore and test AI tools, agents, and automation solutions that can improve Sibill's growth process, from creative generation to data analysis to campaign optimization. You have managed or mentored small teams.. You have a strong track record in designing and running structured testing programs across different acquisition channels.. You are analytical and rigorous: you build budget plans, maintain performance dashboards, and make decisions based on data..
