We’re looking for a Project Manager to support the planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives on our's platform. This role is responsible for coordinating work across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and external partners to ensure initiatives are clearly scoped, well-coordinated, and delivered successfully. You’ll help drive alignment, manage dependencies, and bring structure to complex efforts that span multiple teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and enjoys turning plans into execution.. Responsibilities:. Lead projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and delivery. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency maps. Coordinate multiple concurrent projects or workstreams, managing scope, timeline, and resource constraints. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans to ensure delivery readiness. Drive clear ownership, communication, and accountability across cross-functional teams. Facilitate planning sessions, stand-ups, and status updates. Help translate high-level goals into actionable plans. Help ensure consistency across surfaces and touchpoints. Track dependencies and handoffs between teams. Requirements:. 3–6 years of experience in project management or program management. Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives. Strong ability to identify risks, gaps, and dependencies with limited initial context. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have. Experience working with vendor- or partner-driven initiatives. Familiarity with analytics or launch metrics. Experience supporting go-to-market or product launches. CAPM or PMP certification.
