Summary of Job’s Purpose. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Inventory and Data team. This role focuses on maintaining the accuracy and integrity of inventory data across multiple systems through meticulous preparation, validation, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will manage data through Excel-based uploads, audit multiple platforms including internal dashboards and ad exchanges, and ensure all data meets quality standards before implementation. This is a detail-oriented role that requires strong analytical skills and a commitment to operational excellence.. The Position. Preparing Excel documents for inventory management uploads. Ensure accuracy before all uploads and data management are initiated. Updating and auditing inventory platforms. Quality Assurance of our internal dashboard and ad exchanges. Maintain network health, data integrity and quality assurance. Develop processes that fuel efficiencies, consistent and accurate outcomes, and intuitive workflow. Requirements. 3+ years of Excel and Google Sheet experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once. Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Wrike, and Slack. Organizational and time management. We value kindness.
