We are seeking legal experts specializing in corporate law in the EU or UK to help improve the accuracy and relevance of AI legal systems. This is a remote, part-time freelance opportunity.. What You’ll Do. Review and refine AI-generated legal responses in areas such as corporate governance, contracts, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. Assess content for technical legal accuracy, logic, and alignment with current regulations. Draft realistic legal scenarios relating to mergers & acquisitions, board governance, corporate structuring, regulatory filings, and commercial transactions. Create scenario variations from the perspectives of various corporate stakeholders (legal counsel, compliance officer, board member, regulator, business partner). Identify areas where AI legal reasoning, logic, or risk analysis could be improved. This is not day-to-day legal administration or document review—instead, you’ll help advance how AI systems understand the complexities of corporate law at scale.. Who We’re Looking For. Corporate lawyers, in-house counsel, compliance leads, or legal consultants based in the EU or UK. Several years of experience in corporate legal practice, compliance, or regulatory affairs. Skilled at spotting errors in legal reasoning and identifying gaps in AI-generated outputs. Available 8–20 hours per week and able to start soon.
