Fraud Investigator. to join our team in a remote role based in Canada. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Identity Fraud, you will be part of a team responsible for protecting customers from organized bad actors and disrupting financial crime.. Please note: the mandatory schedule for this role will be from. 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, . from. Tuesday to Saturday. .. What You'll Do. You will identify fraudulent accounts and taking action to disrupt the activities of bad actors.. You will handle inbound fraud notifications and conduct high-quality investigations.. You will work directly with KOHO users who have been victims of fraud or scams.. You will support the team by developing new investigative methods and process improvements.. You will liaise with law enforcement and other financial institutions on ongoing investigations.. You will collaborate with other internal teams to help KOHO effectively manage fraud.. Who You Are. You have 3 to 5 years of experience in fraud investigations.. You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.. You have strong communication skills and can work effectively with different stakeholders.. You are fluent in French, which would be considered an asset.. You have advanced Excel skills or proficiency in SQL, both of which are assets.. You may hold designations such as CFE, CAMS, CFA, or CFCS, which would be considered helpful..
